Values
National Product Sales, the parent company of The NPS Store, is a product recovery service that is geared to the customer looking for an exceptional value. Through a broad array of retail outlets, NPS also provides carriers and distribution centers with an excellent placement for their misdirected or damaged freight. Our core values of honesty and integrity govern every aspect of our effort to serve both retail customers and corporate clients.

Integrity
NPS was founded by Kelly Farmer in 1968 to find a retail market for misdirected, unclaimed, or damaged freight. Operations began with a staff of two, with Milne Truck Line as their first account. Since that time, NPS has grown to include a variety of retail outlets, warehouses, and online sales operations. NPS continues to serve the community by providing hundreds of jobs, reducing waste and providing an outlet for discounted goods.

Honesty
Value extends far beyond retail pricing. Value encompasses who we are, how we do business and the way we meet our customers needs. It is our goal at NPS to build customer satisfaction and ease of shopping into everything we do. Store layout, signage and merchandise displays are all designed to help customers locate product. Most importantly, our employees truly determine the satisfaction of our customers. Effectively managing our business to accomplish these merchandising and customer satisfaction strategies has earned NPS a consistently growing customer base.

Diversity
